On 2 March 2022 EssilorLuxottica and GrandVision completed the sale of shops in Italy to Vision Group.
The European Commission has approved the transaction for the group’s acquisition of the VistaSì chain, which includes the brand and all its 99 shops, and 75 GrandVision shops in Italy. The sale follows the remittances agreed with the European Commission on 23 March 2021, as part of EssilorLuxottica’s acquisition of GrandVision.
